Community centre names hall in honour of Patrick Vernon
In 2010 a local community on the Chalkhill estate near Wembley Stadium opened a multi-million pound health and community centre. The main community hall is called the ‘The Vernon Hall’ in recognition of Patrick Vernon’s work around health and regeneration as a NHS manager between 1999 to 2003.
