About the Survey
This survey is run in partnership with the School of Human and Social Sciences of the University of West London and Birthmark of Africa, a UK human rights and climate change research organisation dedicated to exploring disparities and human rights violations faced by people of African descent.
The project aims to explore the ongoing legacy of the Transatlantic Slave Trade in Britain in order to identify current racial disparities faced in contemporary Britain by people of African descent and will explore modern ideologies of ‘race’ and racism in Britain. The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete.
By responding to this survey, you consent for your answers to be added to be used as both part of the principal researcher’s PhD thesis and for academic purposes (reports, publications, presentations etc.). Your contribution will remain anonymous and confidential.
