Christmas UK Toy Appeal for Jamaican Children Affected by Hurricane Melissa

Patrickvernon.org.uk

Hurricane Melissa has devastated communities across St. Elizabeth and Westmoreland, leaving many children without even the basics. Several displaced families are now temporarily living in Kingston, and we want to bring a little joy and comfort to these young ones during this difficult time.

This Christmas, we are collecting toys and gifts to help restore a sense of normalcy, security, and happiness for the children who have lost so much.

Let’s put a smile on their faces during this period of adversity. Every small act of kindness helps.

💝 What We Are Collecting
•  New or gently used toys
•  Books, games, puzzles
•  Small comfort items
•  Age-appropriate gifts for children of all ages

A gentle reminder:
Second-hand items are welcome, but please ensure everything is clean, in good condition, and fully usable. Let’s give with love—not send anything broken or unusable.
